Dreams do come true. This magnificent man became mine and all the planning was over. While getting ready for the big day it was hard to focus on what the real reason of all the kayos was for. That being, the groom and bride being a picture of the church with Christ. It was also about the marriage, not about the wedding. Through out the whole process I tried to keep that in the fore front of my mind, so when my cake fell right before it was supposed to be brought out, the world was not over because the cake wasn't the important thing. As long as P and I got married then everything was a success and it was all worth the wait and all the planning.
So as you start on your wedding adventure:
1. Enjoy the fiancé stage because for some of you it does not last long.
2. Get a planner/organizer/memory book to write down all of your ideas, plans, pictures and memories!
3. Get a budget with those who are helping you pay for the wedding.
4. Start praying for the day you are to promise yourself to one person for the rest of your life and continue to pray for your soon-to-be-husband!
Many more tips to come bloggers!
XOXO, M
